Bug with Yorick R

Ok so you know how Morde's ult basically singles out only himself and the enemy champion in a shadow realm? Sometimes (at least that's what I think since it only happened once), if you already have the Maiden with you when Morde ults, and you cleanse it with QSS, the Maiden will get trapped in Morde's death realm.

I kid you not, this thing happened to me when I was playing versus Morde earlier today. Since the Maiden was stuck in the shadow realm, I was unable to use ult until Morde ignorantly ulted the Leona five minutes later. This caused the Maiden to be able to attack Morde (without my knowledge), and thus saving Leona and giving me the kill. Sadly, I had to reactivate Yorick R (which sends the Maiden to kamikaze the turret) in order to be able to use ult again in the future.

TLDR; buy QSS against Morde as Yorick and lets just say Morde won't want to be ulting you any time soon ;)
