[GAMEPLAY][RUNES] Manaflow band bugs out with Tahm grey health

Hello,

If Manaflow Band is ready to be used and Tahm regen some HP via his Grey Health, this will consume the Manaflow buff.

Repro step:

1. Pick Tahm and the Rune Manaflow Band in Sorcery2
2. Rank up your E and wait for Manaflow to be ready to proc
3. Get hurt (by some minions or whatever), then get out of combat

Result: When you Grey Health converts into HP, the Manaflow buff is consumed and lost. Expected Result: The Manaflow buff shouldn't be consumed and should instead persist until you use an actual spell that uses Mana.
