Titanic Hydra

I'm not usually one to lookout for to many bugs, I usually just try and pilot the "craft" if you will. Most of the time people relay these bugs as is so I kinda depend on the community for fixes like these(so here's a little help in that direction, I just hope you guys aren't flooded with to many in the inbox, never a good thing thing). I saw that sometimes Titanic Hydra on hit effects isn't procing, I have been playing Morde while doing so. Its a great item thus far and I am really enjoying the changes to Morde so I might open him up to more builds. Anywho thanks for your time.
