I'm sure it will be fixed next patch but as of now, it doesnt grant CDR, I didnt screen shot it but it in fact doesnt grant CDR

Devourer actually isn't supposed to grant CDR (there isn't any on it). Is there something I am missing?

ya it was showing it granted cdr but wasnt providing it

Devourer does not give CDR. probably a tooltip bug.
