QWER 1234567 D and F do not work after loading a new game some of the time

You can type those keys in chat but they do not work to activate abilities. Hitting Esc a few times, restoring default key loadout, and praying to jesus didn't work. Restarting the client didn't work either. Neither did reconnecting my keyboard. I had to totally exit league to fix it a few times. Which I hope doesn't give me leaver marks.

This time though it was worse than ever. I had to totally reboot windows 10 to fix it. Please help it hurts ranks games and is frustrating to not just me but my team mates. I literally don't know how to play good without those keys.
