[Gameplay] Giant's belt leads into Titanic hydra in the UI & Not showing up in ARAM

If you select Giant's belt in the item shop, it leads to Titanic Hydra - despite Hydra building out of Jaurim's fist, not Giant's belt.

The same goes for ARAM - Except there Titanic hydra does not show up when you select Tiamat.
