BLOOD LORD VLADIMIR'S SFX HAVE BEEN MISSING SINCE 6.9
Q sound effects and various others SFX that come with the legendary skin are missing. The skin has basically been a model swap for the past year or so.

Yeah his legendary skin has been meh since the rework, his original visuals were better. Trail of blood like mist falling from his orb wherever he went. Its not like it used to be, R visuals aren't the same. Q animation looks like the base. As far as his Q SFX, every time he Q's he gives a great sigh of satisfaction, relief and painful enjoyment when saying "Aahhhh"? Never noticed the bug til now. Too busy noticing the visuals...
