Gangplank Q going on CD without firing
After preseason: GP Q goes on cooldown as soon as you cast it. Before preseason: GP Q goes on cooldown as soon as the shot is fired and leaves the pistol.

Oh yeah realized that too.... very annoying actually ^^
Just miss a minion with Q without GP pulling the trigger and boom its on CD, like dude the bullet is still in there, do you need to replace the trigger or what?
