In dominion, not sure about Twisted Treeline, but I would assume so, as the reason it cannot be purchased is because you cannot buy Needlessly Large Rod on the Dominion map, which is also true for Twisted Treeline. You can technically hurdle this problem, by saving the full amount minus the cost of Aether Wisp, 2250 G. Though I'm pretty sure that isn't supposed to work either, so two bugs for one.

And please Riot, don't just remove it :( Liadry's doesn't fit everyone and we have lacked a real option to replace DFG for the remainder of the games mages for far longer than SR players have.

Yes, I played on TT and noticed the Luden's Echo was in the store. Tried to build it, but couldn't since the Rod is not available. I didn't get to purchase Luden's outright without building because we won too early. Yay? Since TT lost the Blackfire Torch maybe the Rod is supposed to be available now to fill that gap with Luden's?
