TFT units disappearing at random

Title, ranodmly for no reason before a round starts one of my units will randomly disappear, then during the round that unit will be replaced by a random other unit from my board. THEN, after the game the original unit will reappear but the unit replacing it will jsut be gone forever and another random unit will be replaced by a random one on my board.

This happens consistently, like... 70% or more of my games, its already hard enough to deal wth BS RNG, but literally losing units out of NOWHERE for NO REASON? Ive won ONE game since TFT came out, since then it feels like the RNG is directly targeting me and being spiteful.
