[Client]Can't view profiles

Occasionally, the client will bug out and I can't view anyones profile, including my own, which means I can't change runes or masteries (other than in game). A little frustrating. A client restart fixes the issue, but still annoying.

3 months and there has been multiple complaints about this. Riot ain't coming anytime soon. :/ item 3070
