[Client] Consistent Client lag, recently caused dodge.

I have been having regular client lag, just the client, nothing else with internet or computer. Examples include bans lagging (hitting the button, and it waiting several seconds to ban), locking lag (same), and rune lag. Most recently I got disconnected in lobby right after I locked in my champ. My friend had the same thing happen. He was in a different house, and we have different isp's. It happened at the exact same time. It counted as a dodge for us. Wasn't the biggest of deals, as we don't frequently dodge so it was 5 minutes to wait. It's really just obnoxious. This new client sucks.
