DC'd then can't login

I am currently in a game, well kind of, and I got dc'd after basing. I waited and waited, but can't reconnect. I closed the client, restarted it, and while trying to login, I get "An unexpected error occurred, please check support" or something with a link. What's weird is my ping to google sits right around 30ms. It's not my internet. I first hit a spike in game to about 500ms, then it settled to around 60 (I'm normally around 25). I can't reconnect, and this is basically chalked up to a loss. Pretty annoying.
