Vi's q sometimes goes of fright after first cast

i dont know what is the cause ... but for a certain time i couldnt charge my q ... i pressed the button and she immediately launched ahead

toying with the smartcast helped but that wasnt fun

If it's on quick cast, you press and hold to charge up. If it isn't, you press twice.

on quick cast i press and hold down my q button ... effect -q launches without charging on normal cast i press and holddown my q button ... effect -q launches without charging and for another try i just pressed q without holding it down ... effect -q launches without charging
