Audio on Garen's Joke Repeats

You know how if you are doing an animation like joke/taunt/laugh, the audio will play until it's completely over and only then can you start another one?

Well when I was playing Garen and I spammed 'Joke', it kept resetting the audio file. It would't play over itself, it sounded like, "HE- HE- HE- HEY LOO- HE- HEY..."

I tried spamming other emotes like the bmaster that I am, but it only did it for his Joke.
