Plants Consume Udyr's Tiger Stance Proct

I thought plants were changed to not consume things like this? So if I'm wrong someone let me know please.

Until then, I accidentally activated Tiger instead of Bear when I went to get movement speed toward the plant that leads to the Dragon pit. Well I had the tiger proct glowing on my hands (the little orange claw things), I hit the Blast Cone to jump the wall and my Tiger stance proct was gone. I created to a Custom match to confirm this and in doing so I tested it on all 3 plants and different spawn locations to make sure it wasn't just on specific ones. All 3 plant types consume the Tiger stance proct. I'm not 100% certain this is a bug, but I thought Riot at some point changed plants to no longer consume things like this.
