Patch 7.5 - V-ping produces plain ping instead of yellow "Fall back!"
As said above. "Retreat" was commonly used as a mild version of red Warning ping.

Can confirm. Doesn't seem to be the case for everyone but it does affect many.
I checked keyboard mapping. And it has V on Retreat ping. But it produces normal ping.
It's happening to me as well
Same problem, really annoying since instead of fall back sometimes they get the attack one if you actually click on the enemy, so your team may just go all in and die....
