Gameplay - Garen's Q bugged, doesn't proc silence quite often

Garen's Q has been bugged for the longest time, please please fix it. It's actually costing games because the thing is a core part of his kit. Garen isn't an AA champion he relies on that silence.

Yesterday (my last game) I had a game vs Kayle. I was using Phase Rush Runes and Swift boots to close the gap AFTER baiting her slow. I auto'd, Span (E) and finished with a Q / R combo. My Q Landed I immediately pressed R as it landed and Kayle ulted at the same time. Not even a half second had passed from my Q. She should have been silenced.

Champions I've experienced this vs: Trynd Ekko Darius

This tends to happen almost with ultimates, but not always.

So to summarisz: Q silence is either delayed or not applying at all Ults seem to be the common over riding ability

It has to do with a different problem I'm afraid. Silence cannot interrupt a non-channel ability that is already in progress. If the button for Kayle's ult was pressed before the silence hit, but the silence hits before the ultimate's cast finishes, the ultimate will still happen.

If you can reproduce this, or still have the replay of that game, watch to see if the silence actually lands, regardless of whether or not the ability you're trying to silence goes off.

Darius W has been bugged for a year and half on yorick's wall and it's still not fixed so don't keep your hopes too high of seeing this fixed either.
