Match Disappear

I was playing a game of Nexus Siege when suddenly, starts lagging, then attempting to reconnect at 500ms. Internet was fine, the computer was fine, but I received a pm from a friend while attempting to reconnect somehow. He said his game crashed. I then proceeded to deco reco, but when the client appeared, there was no "reconnect" button, I was in the clients homescreen, I could start a new queue, check shop and stuff. Where did the match go?
