Queue Blocked???

So I was in a party and we were in draft norms, I clearly clicked on Annie and locked in, but then suddently, when the timer runs out, I'm back in match-making lobby with a message that says that I dodged a game and was blocked from queue. Plz Y u hef to do dis.
