Stuck in loading screen

Recently, I've tried playing Karthus on SR and I keep getting stuck on loading screen. It starts by saying failed to connect to servers, retry doesn't do anything, so I have to cancel and then reconnect for the loading screen to appear. But then I stay at 0% and 0 ping until team decides to remake and a message pops up saying "game ended feel free to start a new game". This only happens on SR. Anyone know the fix?
