League Has Literally Melted

I finished a game and the client prevented me from going to the results screen, so I skipped it and attempted to start another game. I was informed by Riot that I was ALREADY in a game and could not start another. Hearing that, I relogged only to find that the client wants me to reconnect to the game I just finished. After patching the client itself, to my dismay, the problem persists. Hundreds of other people are dealing with the same issue NOT TO MENTION immense serverside lag (for a few patches now).

While we're on the topic of serverside lag? Remember the Portland server? The one that you said would be used in the event of a large siegure of the Chicago server? The time has come, not just for you to use it while this problem is resolved, but to reinstate it and segregate NA into East and West. These issues have been commonplace since the new server's installation, and will only recur unless stability and reduced workload is created by having two servers. Please Riot, install the other server!

You think that's bad:

People (multiple even just in the game, is only a few minute link) are somehow being started in TWO completely different games at the same time on the one account. It will make more sense looking at the clip.

I don't know what Riot is doing, but they need to fix it, because the servers have just crapped the bed in about 3-4 different ways tonight, and not a single word (and the issues are still ongoing).
