Runes/Masteries Bug

Game 1 I played Janna and used my support runes/masteries. Game 2 I was assigned Top, I picked a different set for that champ, there was a dodge and I got Top again, picked the same champ and thought I had the right runes/masteries. I get into the game and I have Janna runes/masteries. I thought it was user error on my part, but I just queued up again now and the first thing I see is I did in fact choose the right setup, the game just used the wrong one for some reason.

This just happened to me too. Game 1 I was playing Jinx, had AD masteries, Game 2 lobby I was mid, someone left, I was mid again, and it showed my AP masteries as selected. I remember triple-checking. I loaded in, and I had AD masteries.

Thankfully we won the ranked match anyways, but LB with AD masteries isn't fun.

TL;DR, Same issue as OP.
