I just tested in a comp stomp, and Mordekaiser's Q completely shuts down sated devourer. While you have Q going, you will not get ANY bonus procs. This sucks for two reasons:

I remember something similar happening during Black Market Brawlers. I tried to see if Sated Devourer stacked with the passive from Typhoon Claws. Once I had finished stacking Devourer, Typhoon Claws stopped working. I feel its a similar case here where perhaps Riot made it this way on purpose to prevent really oppressive mechanics with certain on hit champions.
New Mord's Q is quite rediculous in terms of damage, so having it go off faster tips things out of balance, which is why Riot may have purposely designed it so that Sated doesn't work with his Q.
