I can't play team builder due to a supposed sort of bug

I will have a full team ready in a team builder queue, and we will find opponents. However, while I am still sitting in the lobby waiting for it to start, the game has already started for everyone else. I wouldn't know this otherwise if I weren't playing with someone that tells me that I am not connecting. Because of this, I have to close the launcher and relog into the game. The game counts this as leaving, and after it happening a whopping 2 times, I am now not allowed to play team builder for an indefinite amount of time because I "left games." Why is this happening? It has never happened before, so I seriously doubt it is something on my end. I seriously don't think I should be punished for trying to play the game and having something happen on Riot's end.
