Attack-Move & Attack Champions Only Toggled

This might be intended so ADC isn't too easy but it turns out that if I use Attack-Move with "Champions Only" toggled on, it will still let me attack minions or whatever's under my cursor. In a way, this isn't even bad because it lets me just use attack-move only for times when I want to attack minions/monsters/turrets etc. but without having to untoggle the champions only. I just thought it seemed inconsistent.

EDIT: Actually, attack-move is failing when attacking neutral jg so I can't just have champions only toggled and play with attack-move. You can't jungle with this setup. If I have champions only toggled I can still attack turrets and minions with attack move but not scuttler or any jungle camps (not even blast cones). Odd.
