[GAMEPLAY] Rek'Sai becomes unable to Right-Click Unburrow after experiencing a Long Knockup

When Rek'Sai is burrowed and she is hit by a Knockup that is about the length of a fully charged Zac E or fully charged Sion Q (shorter knockups like Alistar's Q do not work like this for some reason), and she queues up a right click against the person who knocked them up during the airborne status effect, she becomes unable to right-click to knock up her attacker. She can still move or cast other spells, but she cannot right click to unburrow until she does something else.

Reproduction:

1. Have burrowed Rek'Sai
2. Have someone hit Rek'Sai with a long knockup (charged Zac E or charged Sion Q)
3. Right click their attacker as Rek'Sai while being airborne
4. Become unable to right-click to unburrow afterwards.

Reliability: Pretty much every time.
