Non-stop cycle of critical error, missing bugsplat.dll, and attempts by client to fix itself

For 2 patches now, I have seen the game repeatedly try to patch itself, generate critical errors (which go so far as to either stop me from getting into game at the loading screen or the game has been freezing while in game), and now it is searching for a missing bugsplat file this patch. Doing a fresh reboot of the computer has not solved the problems. Repeatedly attempting to uninstall and re-install the game client (each time freshly downloading it from the Lol website) has not solved the problem.

Have you seriously started to release patches without proper beta-testing? This is unacceptable.
