[Gameplay] Several bugs in an ARAM as Ashe (Battle 4 Freljord, Arrow not stun, Stun 2 short)

The following situation happened in one same ARAM game.

First simple bug/glitch: Theres Sejuani in my team. The "Battle for Freljord" happened oddly. Theres even 2 same side quest and 2 crown, one on Ashe and one on Sejuani.

Second bug: In one of the engage, I cast my ult and hit Caitlyn(enemy) from half a screen across. She was no stunned.

Possible third bug: Again I cast ult on Caitlyn about 1300~1400 where I can immediately step forth and cast W hitting enemy. But Caitlyn was stunned way too short then I expected which she was actually shooting me right when I cast my W, the stun duration is probably 1.5 sec. Although theres no clear clarification of how long Ashe's arrow could stun for how far the Arrow flied except a max of 3.5 sec for an Arrow flied for 2800 units, I expect as according to the "wiki" describe a stun duration from 1 - 3.5 sec, a merely 2.25 second stun. Which calculate as linear increase for distance of 0 - 2800, a stun duration of 1 - 3.5 sec.
