Is there a way to make champ select, like, functional?
It's very laggy. I can barely get my ban in. Every time my screen freezes up until I'm at the end of the countdown. Is there a way to fix it or do I just have to wait until Riot fixes it?

You have to wait honestly, and I believe Riot has 0 intention of fixing it. Then again, even if they did, CAN they fix it is a question. I don't think so. Riot hasn't really shown themselves very capable when it comes to code.
Have you looked at the latest Riot Pls? They worked to get in some tools- probably diagnostics and stuff - in the last months, and now are going to start fixing bugs and performance problems.
