[GAMEPLAY] Darius W interaction with jungle plants

It's a brief and simple bug but I'll go through the entire list of recommended bug-reporting steps regardless.

Darius' W: Crippling Strike's effect is consumed by attacking jungle plants, but its mana cost and cooldown are not refunded for killing a unit as they should be.

Replication:

1. Pick Darius.
2. Press W.
3. Right click a jungle plant.
4. Observe the lack of mana and cooldown refund as you spam Ctrl + 3 just for fun.

100% replication rate. If it's not, there's some next-level shizz I'm not aware of.
