[Gameplay] Xin zhao's W cancels all targeting, rendering xin zhao immobile after casts

This is not a major bug but an extremely inconvenient one - opposed to similar spells such as Ornn's W, Xin Zhao's W cancels all targeting after cast which means you need to re-target whoever you are aiming for. Normally this wont be a big problem - except when the target is surrounded by ally units, wether minions or champions.
