Mac users please help! Low FPS in any event game mode!

Hello everyone! I have a friend who uses Mac and this issue came up since the last ascension event. She had low FPS in ascension and now also in poro king. She re installed LoL but... it became even worse! She lowered all the graphics, closed everything, muted all the sounds....and nothing changes! Her internet is good, and the FPS is good in 3v3 and summoners rift, but it is terrible in any event game mode. Even the support couldn't help but she has a good computer. Any other mac users has this issue? Is there any solution?

Have you turned off shadows? They take a surprising amount of power for such an unnoticeable feature

Mac =/= good computer. But try turning off vsync. Also they just updated mac minimum requirements. Tell her to check and make sure shes still above the minimun.

I had this issue as well in Legend of The Poro King and Ascension. Something that helps is exiting the game and reconnecting once or twice. It's inconvenient but its better than nothing.
