[GAMEPLAY] cannot devour allies as Tahm

I was just in a game where I had multiple occasions that I could not devour an ally to save them. There was one where even after the fight, I couldn't W click on our Caitlyn. I also couldn't eat Ekko during a baron fight. Here is the match:
