Mordekaiser - W Bugged

I was just in an ARAM and got Mordekaiser, and I discovered 2 major bugs with his W. These must have been introduced recently:

1. Even if you target an allied champion's portrait, Mordekaiser will ALWAYS cast W on the closest allied champ instead of the targeted champion.
2. If you terminate W early, Mordekaiser stops briefly to play a cast animation instead of it just terminating. I suspect this is related to the swain ult cast time bug.
