Mordekaiser - W Bugged

I was just in an ARAM and got Mordekaiser, and I discovered 2 major bugs with his W. These must have been introduced recently:

Even if you target an allied champion's portrait, Mordekaiser will ALWAYS cast W on the closest allied champ instead of the targeted champion.
If you terminate W early, Mordekaiser stops briefly to play a cast animation instead of it just terminating. I suspect this is related to the swain ult cast time bug.

None of these are new, 2 has been in it since his rework, and 1 since they made it able to target minions.

Judging that it's been a year and they haven't, and he's due for another rework in a year, I'm thinking it's quite likely they won't.

Been a bug for a month or so now. Don't worry, Riot will "run out of resources" for ARAM soon anyway.

I like how they completely reworked dominion in such a short time... but they "didn't have enough to maintain it". I'm suprised they don't just remove morde and say they don't have enough resources to maintain him. Maybe Urgot too?

The fact that they changed dragon leashing rules on 6.9 and didn't mention it in the patch notes suggests that they don't care.

Also if your Q targets something while his W pops, and it kills what he targeted he just stands there derping around for a good 1.5-2 seconds.
