[GAMEPLAY] Sion and Targon's Line

Had a support Sion in my last game who took the Targon item. He would have nine or so spoils of war circling around him later in the game. I don't think he was actually able to use them (so it would be a visual bug in that case), but it was really kind of trippy.

Possibly related, I saw a Sion with Feral Flare have 280~ stacks. That was also a visual bug, since it's stats were 'normal' despite the massive number of stacks listed.
