Post game Honor screen Bug

Recently i reinstalled the client, and since then i had my ingame language set on english instead of german. ever since, every single honor Screen after the game has one bug. When you wanna choose to pass up on honoring someone, instead of "Not this time" As per usual, it says NaN:NaN under the arrow you can click.

I suspect it is a possible corrupt data, since i have been reporting Errors in the installation process. But just incase it isn't on me, i want to report this as a possible bug. any advices?

Ik this is seriously nothing i should even mind, but it does bother me for some reason.
