anyone elses League client slow on startup?

This happens whenever I try to open league. I click league from my toolbar and it takes around 30+ seconds to actually load up, making me think that it just forgot about the process. Anybody else having the same issue?

From time to time, yeah. I noticed it like once or twice yesterday, haven't since.

Now whenever I try to open league it bug splats, and I don't know why :(
