Singed Poison Toggle Now Disables Recall
This has only happened since rework and it's rather annoying. It also is inconsistent with other toggle like Karthus E.

just leave his poison on...
I feel all abilities should cancel recall, as you're changing the state of the champion. This excludes taunts and laughter. Hopefully riot does it to all champs with a toggle.
It doesn't matter that I can leave poison on, it's inconvenient and clearly inconsistent. Amumu's W toggle doesn't cancel recall either. It's clearly an error and hence the post.
Toggling the poison ON stops the recall (always been this way), toggling it OFF however does not.
