[GAMEPLAY] Lag, Glitched UI and Unable to Cast Abilities on ARAM

All game I experienced massive lag - abilities would often not be visible until 5+ seconds after they were cast and champion movement was choppy and glitched. About halfway through I lost connection for a few seconds, and when it came back, half the champions in the game seemed to be level 1 (including me) and I had 0 movespeed, and 0 armor and magic resist even though I still had skill levels and items. I couldn't move (though my team said I was moving), and when the allied karma shielded me my movespeed returned to normal and I could move again, but it showed 0 armor and MR the whole game. On and off my abilities would become grayed out and unable to be cast, and the mana bars in the sidebar would stretch dramatically across the screen (see attached screenshot).

I've never experienced lag/glitching like this in league before. I'm about to try a 5v5 and see if I have the same problem.

It's pretty much chock full of errors so hopefully that helps in fixing whatever is wrong.
