[CLIENT] Please fix this annoying random bug

As i said in the title, it is random and it doesnt always happen. But when it does happens this is what happens.

Im in ranked champ select and im talking out my pick and taking the entire time to make sure i get what i want or get what we need. Count down starts 10,9,8,7,6,5,4 kick. "Youve been kicked fr not selecting a champion". HOW FRUSTRATING IS THAT. I lose 5 lp and have to wait 5-30 min to requeue all because your cleint is buggy. Its been happening for the entire time that ive been playing league since this past January. I've easily lost 100+ lp from this stupid thing and its really starting to tilt me.
