[Gameplay] Aniva Bug Q Disappearing

I have been playing Anivia support recently and noticed that her Q, Flash Frost, will sometime disappear, and will not reappear until it reaches its maximum spell distance.

I have noticed it most often when taking crab in the river, but it happens in lane sometimes too. It does not happen very often. The most I have seen is about 5 times in a game.

I do not think it is packet loss as I do not have this issue with any other Champion/Ability.

Excluding the fact that I really don't agree with Anivia support, her Q has a ton of bugs at the moment, such as the new radius display glitching when it's over terrain, or glitching behind the terrain, like you said. Also, the radius display isn't accurate.
