Alt-Tabbing while in the loading screen just makes my game completely bugged out.

Last game was the absolute worst, my screen was legit flashing and made me drop to 20 fps the entire game, of course my Tyler1 wanna be Draven was spamming "report vlad" the entire game, then further on called me a n word because I couldn't look at my screen because it was legit hurting my eyes. Tried everything I could, literally relaunched the game 3 times, didn't work. I've also had cases where my armor Icon is in the middle of my screen, or I'll have a random black square. Yesterday, no ones health bars were above their heads and I had a blue line across my minimap. Please note, this never happens when I just sit in the loading screen without tabbing out, I seriously don't understand why this is even happening, but It's insanely frustrating. No, It's not my computer, the same shit happens to my friend and he has a 2,000 pc.
