[GAMEPLAY] Dashes causing hit discrepancies

SNARES Just played a game with Zyra, used E, snared a Jarvan. He used his spear and dashed through the snare. Similar things have been visibly happening with other dash-type skills where the movement takes priority over the snares. Could be a timing issue, but these are skills that are definitely hitting BEFORE the dash, though might be that the dash skills have been cast just a millisecond before the snares. Keeps happening with various enemy dashes like Lee, Tristana and Wu Kong that I've played against, while playing Ivern, Zyra and Caitlyn. It's not 100% happening with every snare, but it's definitely been happening a lot. Also occurs with flashes on occasion. Definitely an issue since it's been defeating the point of a snare. Also definitely happens with Darius's ultimate, but that definitely seems like windup time, though occasionally seems not to be.

DODGING DAMAGE ARAM, playing Nocturne. Enemy used snowball, hit minion. Used Nocturne's ultimate dash to hit enemy, hit enemy, they hit their snowball skill again and took 0 damage. Have seen a few dashes cause this interaction as well against other targeted damage skills, though I can't recall any from my Match History. I recall a single Annie game a couple weeks back where a Q didn't land on a dashing target, the skill resetting as if it hadn't been cast, but haven't seen that exact variation occur since. (Though I just brushed it off as a fluke.)

Not sure what specifically has been up or whether this has only been a more recent thing, but I can't recall issues with this since the bug with Riven's quick-firing of her jumps and dashes. It's definitely been happening a lot more visibly from game to game as champs with dashes have been getting picked up.

Because a Snare can only stop a dash if it's Yasuo's dash. No other dash ability in the game is going to be stopped by a Snare, period.

As for Jarvan's EQ, it's a special case.

Jarvan's EQ combine is a specific exception and always has been. Since neither ability actually moves him, a snare doesn't prevent him from casting them and he can drag himself while CCed.

IIRC, a dash will complete even if a snare hits them in the middle of it. However, the remaining CC duration will be applied at the end of the dash animation. If you want a simple example, have someone (who isn't Yasuo) dash over Caitlyn's traps.

IIRC, snowball is more of a blink than a dash and the champion is untargetable while in transit. Though, I'm not a big ARAM player and may be wrong.

tl;dr Working as intended.

There are few champs that can do this. Even Ekko's 2nd E can move him while snared. It's because they are considered self displacements if I recall correctly.

At any point, Jarvan is too manly to be stopped by mere snares.
