Client Crash at "AFK Test" for ALL game modes.

EDIT "LolClient.exe has stopped working" every time a separate panel is opened up that's not inherently part of the interface. AFK checks, summoner Icons, individual champion profile screens from anywhere (store, champion panel). The new champion select system is the only game mode that works. None of the others do. If I was a conspiracy thinking kind of guy I'd be suspicious of the fact that the ONLY thing working is the new, updated game mode.

Also, every time this happens its counting as a dodge/leave. I'm on a cooldown now for declining/leaving.

I am currently having the same issue on EUW

Mine also crashes when I leave the settings menu although the settings save

I just got a response from league and it is a known bug, they didn't give me a fix date however

here is the message :
