Hitboxes being displayed around targetable objects

I don't think I'm the only one who's having this problem, but ever since patch 4.20 it seems that when I scroll over targetable things such as towers and minions, I seem to be able to see their hitboxes? At least that's what it looks like. Either way, it's extremely distracting and makes it much more difficult to play. I have tried EVERYTHING from updating my drivers to double checking my connection to going through the entire troubleshooting of connection errors (including flushing my DNS and etc.) I updated my Java, my Nvidia drivers, and I restarted my entire internet, including calling my provider to double check if they were having issues. I've been doing everything I can to fix this for three days now, but it doesn't seem to be anything on my end. This happens on every map, and only when I'm in game with other players. If I'm in a custom game with no other players, then I can play fine and the hit boxes don't get displayed, last I checked. So, I'm asking you, Riot, please fix this error. I have done enough on my end, please do yours. I enjoy this game immensely, and would love to be able to play it without this frustration. I also want to buy Kalista, which I'm 500 IP off from doing, but don't want to grind it because of this bug.
