Smite broken on 7.11 for Ivern

I was playing Ivern last night and I could smite the first golem. After that I could not smite any other camp, only Baron and Drakes. When smite came back up it would not trigger in any camp, not even the same golem. Instead when I hold D and click on mob it just cancels. Left clicking on mob starts planting, not smite.

You need to mark them and then the smiting works to instaclear. It's been that way forever.
