Building ga and dying while maiden is alive puts ur ult on CD and allows you to keep the maiden from earlier. See yorickmains subreddit for evidence.

So in blind pick with 2 yoricks and 2 Sylas do you think it would be possible to have 8 maidens in one game? You would at least be able to get 6 depending on how Sylas ult ends up interacting.

They should just make it like the ghouls that each new batch displace the previous batch. So that if you attempt to summon a Maiden while there's already 1 on the field, the previous one dies when the second one arrives on the field.
