Illoai Bug with Tentacles

Ive had this happen 3 times now where my Tentacles have succumb to laziness do to being within or while Illaoi is affected by an AOE slow.

I noted it during a match against an Oriana where her ball was beneath me, I had two Tentacles up and swinging at her, but she ended up killing me. Now my problem was that the Tentacle Animations obviously went off, however Orianna took no Dmg. In a separate instance, the same thing happened however there was a rather marginal delay between the Tentacles striking her through animation and her actually taking the dmg. Roughly a full second.
