[AUDIO]Sions emotes are still bugged will not play after attack/move/cast VO plays

Sions emotes work normally at the start of the game, but after attacking/moving/casting his emotes are mute for quite a while.

This has been a bug for a very long time and recently it was somewhat improved as previously his emotes didn't play at all.

I believe it has somethign to do with attack/move/cast vos having a delay before others can play but for sion this delay seems to be massively increased for his emotes and only his emotes.

I'm not sure if this bug only happends for the sion player and if other players can hear his emotes, would appreciate if someone could test this.

I have repair'd my client several times but sions emotes remain bugged.
